Geni.com and https://www.myheritage.com/names/isabell_tilton have Isabell coming from Leicestershire, as part of the Narborough Tiltons, but the Isabel Tilton of that family, b 1542, married Richard Ylett in 1566. It is possible that Ylett died and Isabel remarried c1566, but I have no proof of this. https://www.geni.com/people/Isabell-Tilton/6000000000972702871

https://www.tiltonbranches.com/28371.htm also has her marrying Ylett, no mention of a prior marriage to Barker. However, it does seem that Tilton on the Hill (Rutland/Leicestershire), the origin manor of the name Tilton was held by the Digby family until 1624, and the Digbys are also the same family that held Narborough, taking the name Tilton at some stage. http://www.tiltononthehill.org.uk/parish_desc.asp
