Mary Ann Timmins was born in 1850 in Hawksebury Dist., New South Wales, Australia to Henry Timmins and Elizabeth Timmins.[1]
She married William Thomas Greentree on Apr. 10, 1876 in Penrith New South Wales.
Together they became the parents of William Thomas Greentree, Richard Greentree, Annie (Greentree) King, George F Greentree, Mary (Greentree) Ryan, Harriett Greentree, George Greentree, Esther Greentree, Dorothy Ellen Greentree, and Archibald E. Greentree.
Mary died in 1916 at Quirindi, New South Wales.[2][3]
QUIRINDI
. . . Another death occurred on Friday at the local hospital, in the person of Mrs. Mary Anne Greentree, of Braefield, aged 77 years. Deceased leaves a family of five sons and three daughters, while three children predeceased her. The funeral took place on Saturday, the internment being made in the Church of England cemetery, Rev. H. Barnes (vicar) reading the burial service. Mr. W. Greentree, a well-known and respected local railway employee, is the oldest son. Several other members of the family reside in Queensland.
