Raymond Oliver Timmons was born on 19 August 1901^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]} in Cadiz Township, Harrison County, Ohio, United States^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]}. He was the son of Charles Timmons^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][11][9]} and Irona Fawcett^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][11][9]}.

Raymond married Frances Adaline Potts^[6][10] on 06 June 1921^[6] in Jefferson County, Ohio, United States^[6].

Raymond and Frances had a daughter Margaret Lane (Timmons) Brunner^[10][12][13] born on 10 May 1922 in Smithfield, Jefferson County, Ohio, United States.

Raymond and Frances apparently separated some time between 1922 and 1930. Raymond is living with his parents Charles Timmons and Irona Fawcett on the 1930 census and his 1st wife Frances remarried on 04 March 1939 (and is living with a child from each of her two husbands on the 1940 census). Furthermore, on the 1940 census both Raymond and his 2nd wife Dorothy D (Morgan) Timmons are show together and listed as living in the "same house" in 1935.

Warren St., died Wed. at the Ohio Valley General Hospital, Wheeling. He was a retired postal worker. Mr. TIMMONS was a member of the Cadiz Volunteer Fire Dept. for 45 yrs. and the United Methodist Church of Cadiz. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Morgan TIMMONS; three sons, Richard of Norfolk, VA., Larry of Ashland, OH, Tom of Chicago, and 7 grandchildren. Mr. TIMMONS was b. 19 Aug 1901 in Cadiz....
