Many family trees (as the link above) say she is the daughter of George Green and Elizabeth Whitson but no sources are provided to establish this relationship. If the 1751 DOB is correct for the Nancy Green in the link above, her birth record would likely have been recorded where these "parents" attended church, https://www.wikitree.com/photo/pdf/Green-8342 but she is not recorded there. If the 1741 DOB shown for this profile is correct, the proposed parents were not married until 1744.

I adopted this profile with this "error" and decided to not just create another "Unknown" profile, since it added no value to the profile. If you would like to make that change, I have no problem with it.
Update: I realized perhaps only the PM could change LNAB so I made this change you requested. While some Family Trees on ancestry.com say her LNAB was Green, I can't find a source. The Family Trees on Rootsweb say LNAB is Unknown.
