Cecil Maxwell Timmons was born on 20 Jan 1903 in Early, Georgia to parents Samuel S Timmons and Mary Steadham. He married Hilda Beard about 1923 in Georgia. Children: Roscoe, Samuel. He was a farmer. He died on 17 May 1939 in Colquitt, Georgia.
