Will

1783 Feb 19. Will of Ebenezer Tingley, of Somerset, eldest son Daniel 20 shillings, wife Anne 1/3 of personal Estate. Son Levi, land I bought of said Daniel, where he now lives, of 50 acres. Son Samuel, 35 acres that join Levi's. Sons Abraham and John, rest of land that joins Abraham Veal and Estate of Francis Dunn. Son Jacob, my homestead. Daughter Elizabeth Tingley to have an outset. My two other daughters had theirs. Jacob shall pay to Daniel and Benjamin Veal, as shall come out of Daniel Tingley's estate. Daughters Agness Manning and Mary Cammel £30 each. Executors -my friend David Smalley, son Samuel, and wife Anne. Witnesses -Joseph Catterlin, Beniam Jennings, Jeremiah Drake. Proved 11 Sept 1783.
