Caleb Tincom was born Oct. 12th 1693 of Helkiah Tincom & Ruth (Samson) Tincom his wife in Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1]
Caleb Tinkham of Plymouth died intestate and on 28 October 1765, Joseph Rider was granted the administration of his estate.[2]
His inventory was taken on 29 October 1765 in Plymouth. His real estate was divided between his children, Mercy Tinkham, Patience Tinkham, Fear Waterman, the heirs of Sarah Smith, and Nelle Bryant.[3]
In 1765, Benjamin Smith of Plymouth, mariner, was appointed guardian of his son, Benjamin Smith (under 14), and his daughter, Mary Smith's (over 14) inheritance from their grandfather Caleb Tinkham, late of Plymouth.[4]
