Moses married Maria McSweeney on June 30, 1853 in Kemptville, Ontario. [1]
The 1861 census (Osgoode, Carleton, Ontario) lists Moses Tobin 42, Maria 27, John 7, James 3 and Charles 1. [2]
Moses Tobin and John Brennan owned Tobin & Brennan Lumber and General Store. [3] [4]
Moses died April 10, 1867 in Ottawa. [5]
Maria was Administratix of Moses' estate. [6]
Moses is buried in St. Catherine's cemetery in Metcalfe, Ontario. [7]
