She married decorated Great War veteran, Phillip Davey VC MM, on 25th August 1928 at Norwood, South Australia.^[2] They had no children.

DAVEY— TOMLINSON,— On the 25th August, at Toorak, by the Rev. W. Hawke, Eugene Agnes, eldest. daughter of Mr. A. J. Tomlinson, Esplanade, Grange, to Phillip Davey, V.C., M.M. ^[3]

Just a year after her husband, Eugene Agnes passed away in 1954 at Adelaide, South Australia.^[4]
