Biography
Arthur William Tompkins was born in 1907 [1] in Sneyd Green, Hanley, Staffordshire, England, the son of Arthur Tompkins and Rosa Redding.[2]
In 1911 Arthur was living in Smallthorne, Staffordshire with his parents and brother. His father was a police constable. [2]
