She married John Waters 21 Oct 1860 [4] and in 1861 John, Mary and their infant daughter are living with her father in St Agnes. [5]
1871 Mary Waters age 33, husband John 35 and daughter Selina 10 are living at Goonvrea, St Agnes Cornwall. [6]
Mary Waters, her husband John and daughter Selina emigrated to Victoria, Australia on the Northumberland arriving in May 1874 [7]
Mary Waters died age 75 14 Nov 1913 in Malvern, Victoria. [8]
