Trimmer Samuel Tonkin Died in Military Service during World War I.

Trimmer Samuel Deeble Tonkin of H.M. Trawler Marion Royal Naval Reserve was killed by a mine explosion off Malta on 23 Feb 1918. He is commemorated at the Plymouth Naval Memorial in Devon.
