Dorothy Harvey is named in her father's 1 February 1659/60 Will in Isle of Wight County, Virginia.[1]
Dorothy was born about 1626 in James City. Dorothy Tooke Harvey was the daughter of immigrant James Tooke of Jamestown, who arrived in 1621 on the "George." She has two proven siblings: Thomas Tooke, Sr. and William Tooke.
Harvey married Dorothy Tooke, in Isle Of Wight County, Virginia. Their three children were Robert, Richard and Thomas Harvey (future deputy governor of North Carolina).
