Biography

John immigrated from England to MD in 1668. He moved his family to NC 1676. John and Thomas Miller explore the southern shore of the Albemarle Sound. In a dispute over guardianship of his granddaughter, he was charged with a felony and run out of NC in 1695 to Richmond County, VA where he died. John Jr returned to NC about 26 Oct 1703 based on court records.^[1]
