Francisco was born on the 27th of September 1782 to Juan Torres and Maria Abreo in Saint Bernard, Louisiana. He was the youngest of the four recorded children for this couple.

He later married Maria Rosalia Sardinia on the 9th of March 1811.

He passed away in 1856.

Torres-2846 and Torres-2033 appear to represent the same person because: Wives are also duplicates, as are the sons of these two Torres' except, that they have different wives. There appears to be valuable sources that each profile can share with the other.
