Biography
Sidney Josephine Tottenham was born in 1897 in Skibbereen, County Cork.[1] She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Francis Bosville Tottenham and Josephine Florinda Bolton.
In 1901, she lived with her family in Cooragurteen, Ballydehob, County Cork.[2]
In 1911, the family lived in Wallstown, Shanballymore, County Cork.[3]
On 2 January 1924 in Mitchelstown, County Cork, she married Grice Widenham Smyth.[4]
Grice and Sidney had at least the following children:
- Grice Loftus Widenham m Brigid Sidney Lowry Acton
- Lt Cmdr Richard Charles Widenham Smyth m Brigid Sidney Lowry Acton
Sidney died on 18 January 1947.
