Will of Benjamin G Tout, Hendricks, Indiana : [1]
His will, dated 13 January 1838, mentions his beloved wife, Sally, and leaves her some property and personal household goods. Benjamin kept a record of what he had given each of his children and arranged to make them all equal in what they had received from him. Provisions were made for the support of his wife until her death, then the proceeds of his estate were to be divided equally among his children. Simon T. Hadley was named as estate administrator.

I have an 1810, 1820, and 1830 census that all state his name in Fleming, Kentucky, United States, as I took a orphan page and this is a 6th great uncle to my research, I figured a cousin would come and take it. I know Abraham is of Pennsylvania and Moved to Fleming County, Kentucky, I don't if Benjamin G. Tout was born in Flemming or Pennsylvania, but he was raised in Fleming County, Kentucky, the researcher on fag believes Washington County, Pennsylvania. Which could be likely but not impossible.

Tout-92 and Tout-23 appear to represent the same person because: When adding members of the Tout family to our family tree, these two profiles were among several Tout duplicates in that immediate family. Most have now been merged. Tout-23 was an orphaned profile so I cleaned it up and sourced it in preparation for a merge of what seems to be an obvious duplicate. Please approve so they no longer show up as half-brothers in the tree. Thank you~
