He married second Bethiah Woodard.
He married third Rebecca Whiton after 21 Sep 1744 when intentions were published.
Benjamin lived in Weymouth and Scituate.
The will of Benjamin Tower of Scituate, pale maker (cooper) was dated on 10 March 1743/44 and proved on 16 September 1757 in Plymouth. He mentions his children, Benjamin, James, Jonathan, Jemima, wife of William Prouty, and Deborah, wife of Samuel Hollis. His inventory was taken on 29 April 1757 in Scituate. An account of his estate was also recorded which included, doctors in his last sickness, funeral costs, and administration fees. His estate was deemed insolvent. [1]
