Hi,

I would very much like to identify and get a copy of Ithiel's Will and any probate records. While his name appears in many notarial transactions his will does not. Can anyone advise of the source/location of this document or provide a copy.

Towner-379 and Towner-247 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, born the same month and day (need to choose year) and same location. Same spouse and marriage date and place. Same death date, need to decide which city (St. Jean sur Richilieu is a Quebec town).
