Uriah Townsend was born in 1837. He was the son Elihu and Maria (Clark) Townsend of Genesee County, New York. [1] [2]
Uriah registered for the Civil War Draft in Batavia, New York. [3]
He married Eliza Storms about 1863. They had two children: Wright and Ellen (Ella) Maria. [4]
Uriah Townsend died in 1866. He is buried in Batavia Cemetery, Batavia, Genesee County, New York. [5]
