SUPREME COURT.IN DIVORCE.(Before Mr. Acting Justice Owen.)Alan Lawrence TOWNSEND, of Danglemar, near Tamworth, petitioned for dissolution of his marriage with Florence Dorothy Townsend (formerly PEVITT). The marriage took place on September 14, 1927, at Peak Hill, according to Roman Catholic rites. Petitioner alleged adultery by respondent with Oswald Vincent TOWNSEND, his brother, who was joined as co-respondent. Decree nisi. Mr. H. R. Hunt (Messrs. Hunt and Hunt) for petitioner. There was no appearance of respondent or co-respondent.
