Biography

Mary was born in 1783. She passed away in 1885.

DEED Seth C. McClure & Mary, his wife; Benjamin Stanton & Martha, hw; Lewis Townsend & Rachel, hw; Aaron Straton & Hannah, hw; Jesse Bailey & Lydia, hw; Francis J. Townsend & Ann, hw; all of Columbiana Co., OH, for $50. each sell to Abel W. Townsend of Beaver, PA, land in Columbiana Co.,Oh, SE quarter, section 28, Twp. 16, & range 4, which was willed by Abel Walker of Frederick Co., Va, 9 Sep 1819, to the children of his daug, Lina Townsend, thus to Abel W. Townsend 1/4 part of the whole tract & the remainder to be equally divided among the rest of said children. Children represent the 6 shares of 328 each/ being 1/7of 3/4 of the whole tract each.[1]
