Elizabeth Townsend was born in about 1813 at Abingdon in Berkshire, UK [1] [2].
In 1851 Elizabeth Fisher was living in Church Street at Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire with her husband Albert and their children. Her age was given as 37, implying a birth date in 1813 or 1814. Her birthplace was given as Abingdon, Berkshire. [It is possible to read the placename as "Abingslen" or similar.] [1]
In 1861 Elizabeth was living in the High Street at Great Berkhampstead in Hertfordshire with her husband Albert and their daughter Elizabeth J. Her age was given as 47, implying a birth date in 1813 or 1814. Her birthplace was given as Abingdon, Berkshire [2].
