Biography

Mary Ann was born to Denis Tracey and Eva Wolfe, likely about 1811, based on her parents May 1796 marriage in Nova Scotia.^[1] Her mother died when she was only about age 8.

She was likely about age 18 when she married Andrew Gebhart on 13 Jun 1829 in Halifax.^[2]

Her father died in 1831.

Mary Ann and Andrew lived in the North West Arm, Halifax West in 1871.^[3]
