Biography

Marie-Joseph was born around 1696. She was the daughter of Jean-Charles Trahan and Marie Boudrot. Her family lived in Minas after the marriage in 1693[1], 1703[2], in 1707.[3]. Finally, they were at the River of Vielle Habitation (Grand Pré?)[4]

She married René Sonier (Saulnier), son of Louis Sonier and Louise Bartineaux on Oct 22, 1714 at Saint Charles des Mines. [5][6]

Together they had six children.[7]


She passed away in 1757 at age 60 [8] Rene Saunier is listed as spouse.
