Biography

Alexandre was born about 1692. He was the son of Alexandre Trahan and Marie Pellerin. The family was in Minas by 1693[1] and there again in 1701 Les Mines (La Riviere St. Croix)[2] and 1703[3] the family remained there in 1707[4] and by 1714 had moved to Pisiguit [5]

He married Marguerite Le Jeune, daughter of Pierre Le Jeune and Marie Thibodeau, at Grand Pre on 28 November 1714.[6][7]

He died before 18 July 1746.[8]. He was noted as deceased in his son Claude's marriage on that date in Mines.[9]
