Jean-Baptiste Lejeune, and Marguerite were at Baie des Espagnols on Ile Royale (present-day Cape Breton) in 1752 with their children Jean, Blaise and Marguerite. They had settled there two years and a half earlier.They owned livestock and land.[4]
In 1755 they were deported to Maryland aboard the Dolphin and resided at Port Tobacco, Maryland from 1755-1763. [5]
She died before 7 July 1763 when their son Blaise was listed as an orphan in the household of Honoré Breau at Port Tobacco, Maryland.[6]. [7]

They have three children, two sons and one daughter :
Jean, aged 3 years.
Blaise, aged 2 years.
Margueritte, aged "2 months.
Two pigs are all their live stock.
They are in the colony two years and a half, and have been granted rations for 33 months. The land they occupy has been given them by Messieurs Desherbiers and Prevost. They have made a clearing on it half an arpent square.
