Thank you very much for completing the merge of Sellers-388, etal ! It appears to have been "in the works" for awhile, and to my mind... a clear-cut match. So thanks again for getting it done. It appears that, no matter how long you have been doing this endeavor, there's always something more to learn and fine tune. It's nice when something turns out exactly like you want it to. You're a Peach! Jim

Thank you Mary for the Catarina/Catherine Lescher merge. I proposed it and even saw it approved yesterday, but being new I was intimidated by the process and decided to wait until I had a little more experience. I saw a little later it was done and was relieved for that. I have done this several times were a slight difference in spelling means you don't see all the existing potential matches. I've merge a couple of those, but there was almost no information to sort through.

Thank you again!

Thanks Mary! I’m glad you fixed this duplication. I couldn’t figure out how to do this on my Wikitree Tree. My tree comes from Agnes

Thank you Mary for all your help! I am new to this and made some mistakes. I can't figure out how to fix them. Reese King was my grandfather and I have duplicated him and all his siblings but 1. I appreciate all your help. If it ever gets straighten out I have more to add. Beginning this for Tom King, my daddy, I have found his 1st cousin. He is married and has 3 children and grandchildren. He is Ted King's son and his name is Stanley (Shorty) King

Hi Tracy

LOL - EVERYONE makes mistakes, especially when starting out. No worries - there are many kind people who will willingly help. Merging the profiles will be a good first step. I've sent the requests - you can approve if you agree. I looked at Reese's profile - his children have their security set to 'yellow' so that protects their information, but also makes it difficult for merges. I suggest completing the existing merge requests before adding any additional individuals to your tree. Please let me know how I can help! Hang in there - it gets easier - you may find ancestors already developed by other WikiTree users.

Hi Mary,

I was just curious. Are you related to any of the Traverse families in Newfoundland? There are quite a few there.

Hi Chelsey

Unfortunately I don't know of any connections with the Traverse families in Newfoundland... My ancestors were originally 'Langlois' then eventually 'Traversy' in the Ottawa area. Hope you're enjoying your Monday.

Thanks for adding to Veronica Bergstresser profile. I just found this I about to add. So neat finding these neat things lol.

Thank you so much for spotting the duplicate. I may well have spotted it but it may have been some time down the line. It's good to know there are people who help.

Thanks again. Regards Dave

Hello Mary!

I ran across your merge on Gastenberg-6 and realized you could possibly save my sanity! I am working backward through the Enoch line from Enochs-75. Between my adding/omitting the "s" and the myriad intertwining of apparently abandoned profiles I'm somewhat confused on how to go about cleaning up the mess. I've worked out all the correct matches here I've requested merges, trusted list adds, etc., without creating new profiles (many of which have excellent commentary, although misplaced) what would you recommend?

Thanks, Mary, for the merge of Margaret Hunt Iliff duplicates! Much appreciated.
