Alfred Traves was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
Alfred James Traves was born in 1862 in Picton, Colony of New South Wales, son of Henry Traves (1836–1916) and Harriett (Dury) Traves (abt. 1837–1917). [1]
Alfred had a brother, William Henry Traves (1858–1940).
Alfred (24) married Elizabeth Mary (Campbell) Traves (23) (born about 1863) in 1887 in Orange, New South Wales. [2]
