Biography

Isaaac Treat (Thomas, Richard, Richard), b. Aug. 15, 1701, Glastonbury, Conn. ; d. Aug. 29, 1763; m. Dec. 10, 1730, Rebecca Bulkeley, his cousin, b. Feb. 22, 1709; d.. Oct. 19, 1788, and dau. of Capt. Edward and Dorothy (Prescott) Bulkeley. They had eight children, Elisha being the fourth.[1]

Birth

Elisha Treat was the son of Isaac Treat and his wife Rebecca Bulkley. He was probably born before 1742, since he was named to administer his father's will in 1763, indicating he was of age.[2] If Find A Grave: Memorial #62648539 is this Elisha's burial information, he would have been born about 1738.

Marriage

Married 29 May 1766 to Mary Wilcox.[3]

Death

Died after 1775 (birth of his last daughter, Rachel).[3] Possibly 27 September 1816 in the 78th year of his life.[4]
