In 1921 Ida (Campbell) Sarell, Charles Ivor Rae Campell’s sister, was living in Tunis, where her husband, Philip Sarell, was Consul General. Shortly after his death in the disaster of the R-38 airship at Hull, his widow Muriel and daughter Margaret visited Ida and Philip in Tunis.[2]

Research Notes
Charles Ivor Rae Campbell is listed in the 1911 census as the son-in-law of Louise Jane Trenerry. This mean he must be married to one of her daughters:
Ethel Louise, born 1873, is shown in the 1911 census (single) as the headmistressof a school in Summerlands, Exeter
Louisa Trenerry, 1880-1884 was already dead
Helen Trennery, 1881, is shown in the same cesus listing as single
Edith M Trenerry, 1878, appears in the 1901 census (single), but not in the 1911 census.
Edith is thus the only plausible daughter who could be married to Charles Ivor Rae Campbell

This seems to confuse things a little! I am sure you are correct - and that the BMD entry may be wrong. If they married in 1904, a search of the 1911 census should clarify things.
