The widow Betsy married secondly on 13 July 1808 in Cumberland County, Virginia, USA to (Matthew) Willis Wilson. [2][3][4] Their daughter, Maria Wilson, married her cousin, John P. Wilson, Jr., of Berkeley County, Virginia, and they had two children, William & Willis Wilson. Betsy was a niece of Mrs. Willis Wilson
She died on 05 Oct 1834 in Cumberland County, Virginia, USA.
