Henry died, aged 70 according to his death certificate, of myomalacia cordis, complicated by arteriosclerosis, gangrene of right leg and chronic nephritis, in Geisinger Hospital, Danville (but the death certificate gives place of death as Mahoning, Montour). Informant for the death certificate was the hospital itself.[1] His headstone gives an age at death as 68 years 4 months 22 days.
