DANIEL TREON DIES AT HOME NEAR REBUCK
Former Fireman at County Jail, Father of Mrs. John Brown, This City, Succumbs to Complication of Diseases
Daniel Treon. 60, of Rebuck, father of Mrs. John Brown, of this city, for some years a fireman at the county prison, died yesterday at his home from a complication of diseases, with which he had been afflicted for several years. Mr. Treon was a native of Rebuck and resided there all his life, having been one of the best known men in the rural section. He is survived by his wife and three children, John of Dornsife, Mrs. John Brown, of Shamokin, and Curt, at home and the following sisters and brothers; Mrs. M. P. Schmidt, of Rebuck and Mrs. Henry Koble, of Sunbury, Charles of Rebuck, Kate and George of Sunbury, and a step sister, Mrs. Etta Schwalm of Rebuck, and two grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of the Himmel Lutheran Reformed Church being a member of the Lutheran faith. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the house, and 2 o'clock at the Himmel Church at Rebuck. Rev. Hemming, the pastor will officiate. Burial will be made In the church cemetery.[4]
