Rosa Agustina Trevino was born on August 27, 1823 in Nava, Coahuila, México, daughter of Juan Nepomuceno Treviño (~1785–1843) and María de Jesús Nicomedes de la Garza (~1797–~1843).
Rosa (16) and Manuel Roberto Flores (20) were married on January 18, 1840 in Allende. Manuel was born on March 25, 1819 in Allende, Allende, Coahuila, Mexico. He was the son of Manuel Flores and Josefa (Rosas) Flores. Their children were:
