Biography

Susannah was born in 1840. She is the illegitimate daughter of John Alsop and Mary Triffitt. [1]

Susannah was born on 14 July 1840, the illegitimate daughter of Mary (Triffitt) Hay and John Allsop. She married William Clarke on 2nd September 1862 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. [2]

Susannah died at the residence of her son, 'Victoria Cottage', Waterworks Road, Dynnyrne, Tasmania. She passed away on 21 June 1916. Susannah was buried at Cornelian Bay Cemetery and Crematorium in Hobart, Tasmania. [3]

Hay-4056 and Triffitt-12 appear to represent the same person because: Hay was the last name of Susannah Mary Triffitt's step-father. I learned this after creating the profile as my investigations were incomplete at the time.
