Family #9 and #74 in the 1834 Grimm census.
Family #79 in the 1857 Grimm census.
By 1834, his father had been split off from his father's household (Moritz Trott, family #74). His father died in 1817, and the new head of household #74 was Christian's uncle, Heinrich. Christian's family and descendants were household #9, headed by his father, also named Christian.
Note: The census spells the surname as Drott, but that is incorrect and the spelling is corrected in the 1857 census. In the 1775 census it was spelled Trott; in the 1798 census it was spelled Troudt.
There are a lot of Christians in this family. This particular profile has a problem with it, too many siblings after the merge. Working on figuring it out now. Trying to keep them all straight. Please talk to me first before you merge any of them.
