Biography

Charles was born circa 1847 in Charleston, Charleston District, South Carolina.[1] He was the son of Thomas B. Trout and Mary Eliza St. Amand.

He died on 30 June 1848 in Charleston and was buried in St. Mary's burying ground.[2] There is a monument for him and some of his siblings in the Saint Lawrence Cemetery.[3]
