David Trowbridge, son of Levi Trowbridge and Hannah (Smith) Trowbridge, was born on 13 Jun. 1786 at Fair Haven, Rutland County, Vermont.^[1]

He married Sophronia Howe, daughter of Peter and Orinda (Fuller) Howe, on 7 March 1813 in Marietta, Washington County, Ohio.^[1]

David died on 14 March 1868 in Swan Creek, Gallia County, Ohio.^[1]
