Benjamin was the son of Abraham and Mary Troxel.
He was born 12 October 1801 and died 16 April 1883
He married Eliza Housel, who was born 6 January 1809 and died 28 December
1888.
p 103: Benjamin was a successful framer and owned a farm of 140 acres
"of splendid farm land on the road between Montandon and
Pottsgrove, Pa., which was sold in 1859 to Elias Bieber.
His will is on file in Lewburg, Pa. D:336.

1. William Ludwick, born 31 July 1831 near Milton, Pa. - died 1873
He married 6 Nov 1856 Julia Depuy Cudbirth.
She was born in New York City and died in 1874, aged 24 years
"of cancer." Buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn,
N.Y.
2. Julia D. - born 3 November 1833 - died 1 December 1909.
Married E.C. Voris of Danville, Pa.
They had five children: Charles, William, Frank, Benjamin, and
James.
3. Mary Elizabeth, born 18 Feb 1836 in Northumberland Co. Pa.
Married 17 Feb 1863 in Lewisburg James Lawrence Spalding.
They had two children, both born in Louisville, Ky.
