Hi Judy,

The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out our annual check-in to see how you are going in the project. We'd really like to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles over the past year! We think we've made great progress in 2020/21 with your assistance.

Please could you reply to this message, to let us know if you would like to stay on in the project and if you are happy with your current role and team involvement. If you would like to do something additional or different, take a look on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.

It would also be great to get any feedback or suggestions that you have to improve the project.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards

Margaret Haining Membership Coordinator

Hi Margaret

Thanks for contacting me. At this stage I find my skills are very limited. So I think I have come to the end of my usefulness. I think it's time for me retire from the project, although I still will have an interest in following all the great work that is being done by a great team of Wikitreers. All the best Judy

Hello Judy,

The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out a check-in to see how you are going in the project and especially to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles on WikiTree. We really value your participation.

Please could you get back to me by private message to let me know if you are happy with your current role and team involvement within the project or if you would like to do something additional or different. Currently we have you down as a member of the NSW team. If you would like a change, you can check on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.

It would also be great to hear any feedback and any suggestions that you have to improve the project. On a practical note, if you are a member of the google group, are you receiving messages ok? Also you might consider adding Australia as one of the tags you are following on the G2G.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Gillian Thanks for getting in touch. I have tried to follow the Australian project. I'm a bit over whelmed by the complexity of it all. I'm a beginner in genealogy and learning lots by my initial input in the beginning and by observing the great work you guys are doing. I think since this is my 1st project I just may observe and learn for the time being unless you have little tasks I'm able to do.

Many thanks Judy

Hi Judy

As I have recently taken-on the role as the NSW Team Leader I thought I would just drop a quick note to thank you and to seek your input.

Firstly, I would love to know if there are any areas that you have an interest in looking at. Some of them might already be listed on the Free Space Page: Australia, Project Management - Proposed New Topics.

Secondly, I would love to know how you would prefer to be engaged and kept up-to-date. I would prefer to keep this as simple as possible and generating minimal emails etc. (if you’re like me you already receive too many!). Whatever your preferences are would be fine.

Thanks in advance

Peter, NSW Team Leader

Hi Judy

On behalf of the Australia Project leadership team, we're carrying out a Project Members Check-in to see if you are still interested in being involved as an active member of the project. In particular, we are ready to launch our new teams for the project. Please could you let me know what team/s you would like to contribute to. A list of teams is on the Australia Project page. Please respond by private message.

We really appreciate your enthusiasm in working on Australian profiles on WikiTree, and thank you for all the work you have been doing. We look forward to hearing back from you and that you will decide to be part of the project as we move forward with the new teams for the project. Regards, Gillian

Hi

Wish you a Happy New Year. May 2018 bring you all you need to be happy.

Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As I always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.

Thank you for being a Wikitreer,

Hi Judy,

Welcome to Wikitree. It would appear you have quite a close connection to Ned Kelly! I hope you're enjoying the site so far, Clare

Hi Judy, Thank you for the note and question!

I can not be of much help without knowing the name(s), birth/death date(s) and Place(s) or the WikiTree ID or URL for the profile(s).

Have you tried Family Search it has billions of records for free?

And I'm here to help too, just ask!

Hi Judy,

Thank you for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles.

It looks like United Kingdom would be a good fit with the tag you entered. Adding the tag United_Kingdom will help you get updates about activity for that project.

Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Do you have some historically-significant ancestors? Look at the list of active projects to see if one fits your needs.

Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)

Hi --

How is it going so far. Was the first page of the How-Tos helpful or did it leave you with questions?

We want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

PS Sometimes links don't work in emails. You can always find a link that works in the public comments on your profile.

Hi Judy,

Thanks for volunteering! You are now a full member of the WikiTree community, and can start adding your family.

Since WikiTree is different from other genealogy sites, we have a guided tour for new members at New Member How-To. Feel free to work through the How-Tos at your own pace.

Great to have you on board, enjoy, and good luck growing your branches.
