Birth Estimate
The elder son of Samuel Truax and Sarah Stillwell, Stillwell Truax was born about 1772 in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. His placement in the family structure is presented in a writ presented in 1808 attempting to settle his father's estate.[1]The general year of his birth is presented in the 1850 Census.[2]
