Richard was born in 1650, in Freiston, Lincolnshire, England to William Truesdale and Rebecca Lea
Richard's probate record of 27 April 1677, indicates that he had died very recently in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The inventory was taken on 16 March 1677 and written in William Gilbert's parlor (William Gilbert was the husband of Richard's sister Rebecca). It appears that Peter Brackett and Edward Gooding were involved in the inventory process. "Katherin Truesdaile", Richard's wife, made oath in Court on 27 April 1677 of the inventory being thorough. She agreed to pay 5 pounds money to the only child "left by Richard" (Elizabeth) when she had come of age. [1]
Richard married Katherine Halton/Hatton/Kalton on 29 May 1673 in England.[2][3]
