Well, I am the Truitt descendant that took the liberty of acting on the "Categories: Long Profiles in Need of Cleanup. This profile is excessively long. Please improve, making into a single, easy-to-read narrative, removing duplication, long quotes, and long extracts that could be summarized and linking" I transferred what someone else had already said "belonged to father" I deleted all the duplicate paragraphs... I did not delete any DATA that belonged on his profile. And it would be great to see that some of the children were dups...and merged

PS::: I did print all 9 pages of the profile before I started the edit....

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with George by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with George:

Truitt-9 and Truitt-622 appear to represent the same person because: The bios of these two profiles dovetail - a definite match. If you agree, then children Samuel and Sarah will need merging as well.

You can now Merge the duplicated brothers
Removed the incorrect birthplace. Place name Worcester, Naphuno, Transvaal, South Africa - No such place in SA

Was Worcester, Maryland, British Colonial America before but unsure if this is correct so posting here for someone that knows the historical correct place name to take care of this. Thanks in advance

Shannonhouse has the George who married Patience Barnes as a different person from George who married Elizabeth Outten. She gives George h/o Patience as the son of Henry Truitt (probably Truitt-443) and Elizabeth Robinson. https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/514888

Truitt-296 and Truitt-9 are not ready to be merged because: Much more. Info needed.
Truitt-411 and Truitt-339 appear to represent the same person because: The wife appears to be the same

A friend of my father who lives in England has done some research for us and...... we've been told that George came here from England when he was around 18.Unfortunately the Truitt's Lands were taken away from them, for they found dis favor from the King ,Because George was found in bed with the Queen ,so he was lucky to escape intact and so here we all are Ha we now have found that there were Trywhitt's in the same area as our George Truitt and are leaning towards this being us.Since our George was from Northumberland England and so are the Trywhitt's also , Also Hercules Trywhitt we beleive took the name Tyrwhitt from the area Tyrwhitt in England near the scottish border, Before that ..........?
