Arne Trulsen Viddal was baptized on 10 Oct 1779 in Hjørundfjord, the son of Truls Jonsen and Randi Arnesdatter.[1]
In the 1801 census Arne (age 22) lived in the household of his brother Christian Truelsen at Widdal in Hjørundfjord.[2]
Arne married widow Oline Jakobsdatter Kvistad on 12 Jul 1807 in Hjørundfjord.[3] Their children were:
- Truls Arnesen (1808 - 1869)
- Marte Arnesdatter (1811 - 1897)
- Jakob Arnesen (1817 - 1867)
After his first wife passed away in 1831, Arne married Anna Olsdatter Øye on 17 Jun 1832 in Hjørundfjord.[4]
Arne died on 10 Apr 1859 in Hjørundfjord.[5] The age given on his burial record was 79 years.
