Elizabeth TRUSCOTT was born in 1826. She was baptised as the daughter of Digory Truscott and Betsey on the 23rd October 1826 at Cuby with Tregony, Cornwall.[1]
She immigrated to South Australia with her parents and three siblings on the Henry Porcher arriving 1/7/1838. Her future husband was also on the vessel.
Elizabeth TRUSCOTT married Oliver WILLOUGHBY on the 1st September 1852 at Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide. Elizabeth was registered as 24 and single, Oliver as 25 and single.[2]
Elizabeth WILLOUGHBY passed away in 1854 in Victoria at the age of 26. She was registered as the daughter of Elizabeth and Digor (sic) TRUSCOTT and the wife of Oliver WILLOUGHBY.[3]
It is likely that she died in childbirth as their son, Oliver, is born the same year.
