Research Notes
A potential child is Alonzo Sweet b abt 1824 NY occupation shoemaker, d of pneumonia 6 Jun 1876 in Battle Creek, MI. There appear to be three men named Alonzo Sweet, all roughly contemporary, all born in NY. In one census an Alonzo Sweet is living with a Miranda Mattison and her husband, and Miranda may be the married Miranda Sweet (based on suggestions from Ancestry.com searches).[1]
