He married Mabel Warner on 19 Mar 1921 in Rotterdam, Schenectady, New York.[2] They do not appear to have had any children.
Howard died at the age of 83 on 7 Aug 1967. At the time, he resided in Athens Junction, Schenectady, NY.[3][4]
