Pheobe (Tubbs) Harrison was born about 15 Dec 1818 in Huntington, Mills, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, daughter of Josiah Earl Tubbs (1770 - 1825) and Jamima Williams (~1771 - 1819).
Her siblings were:
- Earl Church Tubbs (1798 - 1884)
- William A Tubbs (1807 - 1865)
- Nathan Q Tubbs (1811 - 1871)
Pheobe married Jesse Harrison (~1818 - 1863) on 24 Dec 1836. Their children were:
- Daniel W. Harrison (1839 - 1901)
- Antrim Byrd Harrison (1842 - 1893)
- Mary Elizabeth Harrison (1844 - 1935)
- Samuel Herbert Harrison (1846 - 1931)
- Martha Ann Harrison (1846 - 1927).
