Biography

Pheobe (Tubbs) Harrison was born about 15 Dec 1818 in Huntington, Mills, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, daughter of Josiah Earl Tubbs (1770 - 1825) and Jamima Williams (~1771 - 1819).

Her siblings were:

  1. Earl Church Tubbs (1798 - 1884)
  2. William A Tubbs (1807 - 1865)
  3. Nathan Q Tubbs (1811 - 1871)

Pheobe married Jesse Harrison (~1818 - 1863) on 24 Dec 1836. Their children were:

  1. Daniel W. Harrison (1839 - 1901)
  2. Antrim Byrd Harrison (1842 - 1893)
  3. Mary Elizabeth Harrison (1844 - 1935)
  4. Samuel Herbert Harrison (1846 - 1931)
  5. Martha Ann Harrison (1846 - 1927).

Phoebe died on 11 Jan 1881 aged 62.
