Biography

John Tuchet, 8th Lord Audley (of Heleigh) (c.1483-bf.20 Jan 1557/8) was the son of Sir James Tuchet, 7th Lord Audley (of Heleigh) and Margaret Dayrell. He married Mary Griffin, daughter of John Griffin and Emmote Wheathill.

His father was beheaded at the Tower of London and his title was attainted, but in 1512 John was restored as 8th Lord Audley, of Heleigh.
